In this project, I worked closely with the product manager, and together, we formed a small task force to build the project from scratch in just two months, armed with nothing but a vague concept.
As the product designer, my responsibilities included ideating, designing, and validating the concept.
Salespeople require an effortless tool that enables them to differentiate themselves in front of their targets, generate compelling emails resulting in higher click rates, and assist in analyzing and prioritizing the most promising prospects.

Chapter Three
Concept Check
During my work on Kaltura Pitch, I followed a comprehensive UX design process to ensure a user-centered and intuitive product. This process typically involved several stages, including user research, where I sought to understand the target audience, their needs, and pain points. This was followed by ideation and concept development, where I generated multiple design ideas and solutions. Next, I created prototypes to visualize the user interface and interactions. Through iterative testing and feedback, I refined the designs, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
Collaborate with colleagues
In terms of design, the first aspect I focused on was the video and email process, as it constitutes the main workflow that users will engage with the most. My aim was to create a sleek and modern aesthetic, drawing inspiration from popular video-centric apps such as Instagram and Snapchat. To facilitate ease of access, I designed this process as a floating module, enabling users to access it from anywhere within the product, promoting a lightweight and efficient experience.
For the visual elements, I opted for light colors and elegant typography, ensuring that the content remains the primary focal point. I incorporated icons and illustrations to inject a sense of fun. To promote consistency and facilitate collaboration with other designers and developers, I created a UI framework to establish a cohesive and streamlined workflow. The layout of the pages followed a card-like style, which enhanced visual separation between different sections and aided users in focusing on specific parts of the page at a time.

Conclusions
Working on this product was both challenging and exhilarating as it presented unique difficulties compared to redesigning or working on an existing product. It required delving deeper into understanding the users and their specific needs.
Two months into the development, I made the decision to leave Kaltura to pursue new opportunities. Therefore, I do not have access to real-time data regarding the results and performance of the choices I made. However, I was thrilled to discover, upon visiting Kaltura's website, that even after six years since my initial design, the majority of the decisions I implemented remain unchanged. This could potentially indicate that the product has achieved success in its performance.
